Ingredients for Vegetarian Schezwan Fried Rice:

  • 4 cups of 90% cooked rice

  • 4 teaspoons of oil

  • 1 spoon full of chopped garlic

  • ½ cups of Beans

  • ½ cups of Carrot

  • ½ cups of onion or a large onion

  • 3 pieces of green chilies

  • 2 teaspoons of salt

  • ½ tablespoon of cumin powder 

  • 1 spoon of garam masala 

  • 1 teaspoon of soya sauce

  • 1 teaspoon of schezwan sauce

  • 2 teaspoons of tomato sauce

  • Coriander leaf

Method to Make Vegetarian Schezwan Fried Rice:

  • At first, take 90 % of cooked rice 

  • Now heat a pan and add oil in it

  • After oil becomes hot, add finely chopped garlic and cook it for a while

  • Then add the beans in it and cook it for 3-4 minutes

  • After that add carrots in it and cook for a while

  • Then add finely chopped onions & green chilies and then cook for 2-3 minutes until golden brown

  • Now add garam masala, cumin powder, and salt and mix it well 

  • And then add the cooked rice 

  • Then add Schezwan sauce, tomato sauce, and soya sauce to it and mix it well and cook for a few minutes

  • And it is ready to serve

Upma is a healthy and scrumptious formula. It is made a great deal in South India. This is light nourishment, so we eat it toward the beginning of the day breakfast. Ingredients to Make Vegetable Upma:

  • 1 cup of Suji or Semolina

  • 1 teaspoon of ghee

  • A pinch of Asafoetida

  • 1 tablespoon of cumin seeds

  • ½ tablespoons of mustered

  • ½ teaspoon of chana daal

  • 8 to 10 Curry Patta

  • 4 piece green chili

  • 1 tablespoon of ginger paste

  • 1 cup of chopped onion

  • ½ cup of carrot

  • 1 piece chapped tomato

  • ½ cup of Peas

  • Put salt according to your taste

  • ½ liters of water

  • 1 tablespoon of lemon Juice

  • Coriander leaf as per your requirement

Method to Cook Vegetable Upma:

  • First, roast the suji or semolina for about 5 minutes without oil or ghee

  • Take the suji or semolina separately

  • Now, put 1 teaspoon ghee in a pan

  • Then add cumin, mustard seeds, and Asafoetida

  • Roast these ingredients until it becomes red

  • Now, put chana dal & fry it for some times

  • Then, put curry leaves, ginger paste, and green chili and roast it

  • After that, put onions in it as well as roast it until it becomes red

  • Then, add peas, carrot, and tomatoes.

  • Now, add salt to it as well as mix it with a little salt (flavored dishes) and cook it for about 5 minutes.

  • After that, add water to it

  • Put the suji or semolina in it and cook for some more time

  • When the Upma starts to thicken and starts catching in the embroidery, turn off the gas and then add coriander leaves and lemon juice into the item.

  • Your Upma is ready to serve
